Undelivered baggage
If upon arrival you have not been able to pick up your baggage, go to the Baggage Services to fill out a declaration. The information you give will be immediately entered into the Worldtracer, the worldwide baggage search system. A file number will be issued and your will be able to monitor what is happening over the Internet. Rest assured, RAM will do its utmost to help.
Damaged baggage
If, upon picking up your baggage, you find something has been opened or damaged, go immediately to the Baggage Claim service of Royal Air Maroc.
