What is an electronic ticket?
It is a "virtual" ticket that replaced the ordinary "paper" ticket.

What does it have to offer?
Easy enough: No more need to move about for reserving, purchasing or modifying your ticket.
Quick: No more need to pick up your ticket at an agency or to have it delivered through the mail.
Secure: No more need to worry about loss, theft or forgetting your ticket.

How to get one?
On line, (at the letter "E" just after the flight number, you will be informed of whether an electrical ticket is obtainable).
By way of reference you enter an identifier (bank card, Safar Flyer frequent flyer card, identity cards or passport) that you will show at check-in.
The electronic ticket will be immediately created and memorized in the Royal Air Maroc database.
By e-mail you will received a Travel Memo summarizing the main characteristics of your flight.

How do I use it?
On the day of departure, go directly to the Royal Air Maroc check-in desk. All that is necessary is to show your ID document, your identifier, and your boarding pass will be immediately issued.
For reasons of security, we highly recommend keeping a copy of the confirmation of your electronic ticket during the entire trip when traveling abroad. Some immigration officials may ask you for proof of a return ticket. Confirmation of the electronic ticket can be used for this purpose.

Electronic tickets are currently available for all Royal Air Maroc flights .
