How can I get a refund for my ticket?

You wish to refund a ticket purchased online or via our call center. Simply complete the online refund request form (under the Complaint section).

ur teams will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the amount to be reimbursed based on the reimbursement conditions of your ticket.

The refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase your ticket.
