We make every effort to ensure that your baggage arrives at your destination without any issues.
However, for reasons beyond our control, baggage may occasionally be delayed or arrive damaged.
In such cases, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the situation.

If your baggage is delayed, here is what you should do:

1/ Report your incident at the “Baggage Assistance” counter at your arrival airport and obtain your file reference number (PIR).

2/ Track your file online under Locate your baggage using your case reference number.

If the baggage is not located within 5 days after the report, we invite you to follow the steps below:

  • 1. Complete the inventory form online, or download it and send it to InventoryForm@royalairmaroc.com , describing the contents of your baggage and any identifying details (clothing brands, shoe brand and size, cosmetic products, etc.). Download the form
  • 2. A more detailed search or investigation will then be carried out based on the information provided.
  • 3. Our Contact Center will get in touch with you using the contact details you provided to update you on the progress. You can also track your case online via Go to world tracer .

If the baggage is not delivered within 21 days of the finding, it is considered lost

To declare your lost luggage, we invite you to submit a claim by filling in the form available on our website at the following link: www.royalairmaroc.com/ma-en/information/service-claims
An acknowledgement of receipt, containing your claim reference, will be sent to you automatically.
Once you receive the acknowledgement of receipt, please send a message to serviceclient@royalairmaroc.com , with the same email subject as the acknowledgement of receipt containing your request reference number, by attaching the following documents:

  • The baggage identification stub (TAG)
  • The report of irregularity established at the airport upon your arrival (PIR)
  • The detailed and encrypted inventory letter of the contents of your luggage as well as the invoices for the items mentioned.
  • Bank details (RIB)
  • The additional baggage check if you have paid excess baggage
