A new Magic Universe activity kit
Royal Air Maroc offers your children a fun and educational experience with our activity kit, now available on board our flights.
This compact and easy-to-carry kit is the ideal travel companion for your children, containing a variety of activities designed to spark the imagination and creativity of our young travelers.
Magic Universe is our on-board product designed for children aged 0-12. To the delight of young and old alike, Royal Air Maroc has created a product that will bring joy to our little ones. Toys and games will allow children to relax during the flight.
Booking
When booking, please request your special child meal 48 hours prior to departure.
Check-in
The information form and liability release must be duly completed by the guardian of the UM (unaccompanied minor). These documents are available at sales agencies.
Once check-in is complete, a Royal Air Maroc agent takes care of the UM and accompanies them to the UM lounge (the UM lounge is exclusively available at Casablanca Airport).
Once the child is under our care, Royal Air Maroc commits to notifying parents by phone in case of illness, flight cancellation, or schedule disruptions…
Boarding / Disembarkation
- Boarding: UMs benefit from priority boarding.
- In case of overbooking: UMs cannot be denied boarding.
- Disembarkation: UMs disembark last.
A lounge for unaccompanied children
The UM lounge is located in the departure area past customs. It features:
- 2 TV screens
- 2 gaming consoles allowing children to play video games
- Comfortable armchairs
On board
On board Royal Air Maroc, the special child meal is tailored to your children's tastes. Special meal requests are available up to 48 hours before departure.
Toys provided on board are tailored to the child's age:
- 0 to 2 years old
- 3 to 6 years old
- 7 to 12 years old
Upon arrival
Throughout the arrival process, children are assisted by Royal Air Maroc staff who escort them to their families or the designated person named on the liability release form.
