Tips for baggage
Make sure your bags are properly marked: Fill out the address tags with your contact information (Name, Address, Email and Phone Number), and add an ID inside your luggage.
Remove all other tags from your previous flights prior to arrival at the airport.
Make sure your luggage is properly closed. If a padlock is used, ensure that the model is approved by TSA for travel to/from the United States.
Carry all medications, documents and valuables in your carry-on baggage.
Make sure you are not carrying prohibited items in the hold or cabin
Check and control your baggage before leaving the airport: This will prevent you from leaving with a luggage belonging to another passenger.
If your baggage is not delivered, contact the “Baggage Service” counter to complete a Baggage Irregularity Report (PIR) before leaving the airport.
