Regulations, special items, and dedicated services
Bicycles
The transport of bicycles is not included in the baggage allowance. They are accepted as check-in baggage only. Pedals must be removed or turned inwards. Wheels may be removed and attached to each side of the frame, and tires must remain inflated.
Petrol Engines
The transport of petrol engines is not included in the baggage allowance. Mopeds, motorcycles, portable generators, as well as any device containing a petrol engine, are accepted for air transport provided that the entire fuel system (carburetor, tank, pump, and piping) is completely drained and dried.
Cooking Oil
The transport of cooking oil, both in the hold and in the cabin on board RAM flights, is strictly PROHIBITED.
Television Sets
The transport of unpackaged television sets is prohibited. Solid packaging is mandatory. They can be accepted in the cabin (subject to compliance with the 115cm dimension limit) or in the hold with a "subject to conditions" tag.
Weapons and Ammunition
Transport in the hold only, weapons must be unloaded, documented, and separated from their ammunition. The quantity must comply with dangerous goods regulations.
Battery-powered Wheelchairs
Accepted provided that: The battery is securely attached to the wheelchair. Both terminals of the battery must be disconnected and insulated by applying adhesive tape.
Passengers with special needs
Infant
10 kg separate allowance (excluding accompanying adult's allowance). A collapsible stroller or carrycot is accepted in addition.
Reduced mobility
Standard baggage allowance. Free transport of your mobility aid (wheelchair or walker).
Guide dog
Standard baggage allowance applies. Your guide dog is transported free of charge by your side.
Stretcher & Escort
An additional baggage piece allowance for each. Mandatory mention on the tickets.
CBBG
No additional piece is authorized under the baggage allowance for Cabin Baggage (CBBG).
Extra Seat
Additional allowance options are available to meet your specific travel needs.
Baggage restrictions
Cardiac pacemakers: Implanted after surgery, certain items may be carried by way of exception.
Liquid medications: Accepted in the cabin upon presentation of a medical prescription in the passenger's name.
Liquids and creams: Containers not exceeding 100ml must be placed in transparent plastic bags measuring 20cm by 20cm.
Dry ice: Used for packaging perishable goods in the cabin, with a limit fixed at 2kg.
Alcoholic beverages and perfumes: Alcohol (up to 70°), perfumes, and colognes are authorized subject to strict volume limits per container and per passenger.
Smoking materials: Personal use only. Unabsorbed liquid fuel, lighters containing this fuel, and refill cartridges are prohibited.
Oxygen: Therapeutic oxygen authorized.
