• What can I buy with Cash & Miles?

  Cash & Miles allows you to pay for the booking of a ticket operated and marketed by Royal Air Maroc on the destination and cabin class of your choice, subject to availability.

• What is the Cash & Miles options?

  Cash & Miles is an option that allows you to combine Cash and Award Miles* to pay for your Royal Air Maroc ticket. * earned during your booked activities with Royal Air Maroc

• What are your channels in wich Cash & Miles can be accessed?

  Cash & Miles is available on the website www.royalairmaroc.com, on our Royal Air Maroc Mobile App, at the Call Center, and at Royal Air Maroc agencies.

• How to book a Cash & Miles ticket on www.royalairmaroc.com?

  You can use Cash & Miles by following the steps below:
  1. Log in and make sure the minimum 500 miles required to book with Cash & Miles is available.
  2. Choose the desired route on the search page and continue with your reservation.
  3. On the payment page, answer "Yes" to the question: Would you like to pay for all or part of your ticket in miles?
  4. Use the selection slider to choose the amount of miles and cash you wish to combine to complete your payment.

• Can I pay for a reward ticket with Cash & Miles?

  No, Reward Tickets can only be purchased with your Reward Miles.

• Which flight are eligible for Cash & Miles?

  All flights operated and marketed by Royal Air Maroc are eligible for Cash & Miles.
  Flights with airline partners, oneworld and Etihad, are not eligible for Cash & Miles.

• Which Safar Flyer card statuses are eligible for Cash & Miles?

  All Safar Flyer card statuses are eligible for Cash & Miles provided that the accounts have a minimum of 500 Award Miles on file.

• I am part of a Safar Family / Corporate account, so will I be eligible for Cash & Miles?

  Yes, Cash & Miles is also available for Safar Family and Corporate accounts.

• Can I book a Cash & Miles ticket for a third party?

  Yes, it is possible to book a Cash & Miles ticket for a third party as long as the first Cash & Miles ticket is in the account holder's name.

• Can I include the payment of taxes and surcharges in the Miles part of my Cash & Miles ticket?

  Taxes and surcharges are included in the portion paid in miles in low season. They are payable in cash only in peak season.

• Do I earn miles on my Cash & Miles tickets?

  Cash & Miles do not earn miles.

• How much does my Cash & Miles Child & Baby ticket cost?

  The Child & Baby discount available for Royal Air Maroc paid tickets is also applied to Cash & Miles tickets.

• Why is Cash & Miles not offered on certain destinations?

  The Cash & Miles displayed depends on the availability of routes, dates, and your Reward Miles balance (the minimum requirement is 500 Miles).

• How many miles do I need for a Cash & Miles ticket?

  The miles required to pay for a Cash & Miles ticket depend on your balance, the origin and destination selected, and the fare class chosen.

• Can I make a change to my Cash & Miles ticket? How do you do this?

  -You may change the date of your ticket subject to availability and a penalty fee payable in cash. -
  As soon as your ticket is exchanged, no refund can be made on the new ticket once 3 months have passed since the exchange. -
  To request a ticket change, simply call the call center or go to the nearest Royal Air Maroc agency.

• Can I request a refund for a Cash & Miles ticket?

  -The Cash & Miles ticket is refundable if it has not been partially used. In this case, the refunded portion of miles will be credited to your Safar Flyer account, with the remainder credited to the original payment method along with applicable government taxes, subject to a refund penalty.
  -Refunds of partially used tickets are not permitted. (Round trip with the outbound used).
  -To request a ticket refund, simply contact the call center or go to the Royal Air Maroc agency nearest you. You can also fill out the online claim form (under the Claim section).
