In accordance with the new health measures implemented by the U.S. authorities (CDC/CBP/DHS), passengers who have traveled to or stayed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan within 21 days prior to arrival in the United States are not permitted to travel on Royal Air Maroc flights to the U.S.

Certain exceptions may apply in accordance with U.S. authorities’ directives. Passengers authorized to travel may be required to enter the United States through designated airports and may be subject to additional health screening upon arrival.

Passengers are requested to ensure they meet all applicable travel requirements prior to departure.

Please be informed that, effective April 1st, payments for ancillary services at Royal Air Maroc counters at JFK Terminal 1 will be processed exclusively by card.

This applies to services purchased at the airport, including seat upgrades, additional baggage, chargeable seats, promotional upgrades, ticket fees and penalties, ticket issuance, and other related services.

Passengers who do not have a credit card available under the traveler’s name may use the cash-to-card machines located at JFK Terminal 1, which allow cash to be converted into a prepaid card that can be immediately used for payments.
